1. How can I start shopping?
Select your desired item from our catalog and click on ‘Add to cart‘. When you are done shopping, click on ‘Checkout‘ to input your account details and to select your desired mode of payment. Click on ‘Place Order‘ when you’re done. Please note that items added to cart will automatically be deleted if a customer fails to checkout within two (2) hours.

3. How can I cancel my order?
Canceling an order may be done by deleting the item/s from the shopping cart before checking out. However, orders that have already been paid for may no longer be cancelled but may be returned in exchange for store credit.

2. How soon can I receive my orders?
Orders are immediately prepared and then sent out for delivery within two (2) business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be prepared and shipped on the next business day. Local orders may arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
3. How much do you charge for shipping?

Effective October 2016, shipping is FREE for orders of P1,000 and above.
Meanwhile, shipping fee for orders worth less than P1,000 is P100 (standard shipping, 3 to 5 business days) or P200 (rush shipping, 1 to 2 business days).
About Our 90-Day Warranty
Warranty is valid only for BeautyHD Compressors. The warranty is valid ninety (90) days from the date the unit is received. Under this warranty, BeautyHD undertakes to repair or replace any part of the compressor found to be defective. This warranty is only valid if the unit is used solely for purposes in accordance with the instructions. BeautyHD does not cover the shipping and handling fee unless the equipment arrives to you defective or DOA and such defect is reported within five business days from the receipt of the unit. Should the unit prove to be defective, please get in touch with us immediately.
Airbrush inspection and cleaning are not covered by warranty. Defects or damages which are not the fault of BeautyHD shall not be covered. These include improper operation and/or storage, misuse or abuse, accident, neglect, physical damage, inappropriate contact with water, connection to unsuitable electrical supply, unauthorized service and/or modification of the parts in any way by a third-party service provider, or other acts. BeautyHD is also not responsible for any damage caused to the unit in shipment.
How can I claim warranty?
To be able to claim your warranty, you should have:
a. Signed and returned the Warranty Registration Card to us within five days from the date you purchased your BeautyHD Airbrush Makeup Kit or;
b. Registered online (click here) within five days from the date you purchased your BeautyHD Airbrush Makeup Kit.

We will evaluate the information and will reply with the Repair / Exchange Confirmation Number as well as the procedures on how to go about the return within 24 hours if your request is approved. An item approved for repair or exchange must be shipped back to our business address within ten (10) days from the date you have received via e-mail the Repair / Exchange approval notification. The shipping fee to our headquarters should be shouldered by the customer unless the unit arrived defective or DOA and such defect is reported to us within five (5) business days from your receipt of the unit. We do not accept returns, issue refunds or charge-backs but we give store credit instead.
